Scolaris Pay Mobile App

Introduction – Scolaris Pay is a mobile application dedicated to the payment of school fees, allowing parents and guardians to pay for tuition, transportation, meals, registration fees, and other school related charges. The app aims to simplify and modernize the process of paying school fees for families and schools. It provides an intuitive interface, a smooth user experience, and enhanced security to ensure efficient management of payments.

Main Features:

1. Login & Register – User can register by using their phone number, email or through social account (Google, Facebook, Apple)
2. School Selection – Users can search and select from the list their child school. After choosing school they can access the page for paying school fee.
3. Payment Motif – Users can select multiple motifs (tuition, transportation, meals etc) in one transaction to making the payment process easier.
4. Student Information – Users can enter their child name, registration number and class to pay fee for correct child and class.
5. Payment Summary & Confirmation – User receive the payment summary of all the motifs for their child which is pending. They can then confirm the payment.
6. Payment – User can pay fee via different payment methods.
7. Payment Confirmation & Receipt – Once payment is succeed they receive a confirmation and can access a electronic receipt.
8. Payment History – Users can view the payment history with detail of amount, date, motifs.
